Otani Hibachi Sushi is definitely one of my favorite restaurants! My family and I have visited twice in the past week and a half, and each experience has been fantastic. We always opt for the Hibachi, where the chef comes out to cook the food in front of you on their grill. I always order the filet mignon with chicken and shrimp, along with fried rice. The fried rice, filet mignon, chicken, and shrimp always taste perfect. The flavors are consistently delicious and cooked to perfection every time. Beyond the wonderful food, all the chefs I've encountered have been incredibly friendly. They add an extra touch of enjoyment by putting on a little show while preparing the food, making the dining experience fun and engaging for everyone. I highly recommend Otani Hibachi Sushi for its excellent food and entertaining chefs. It's a place where great meals and memorable moments come together.

Uncle Sam is THE BEST CHEF. I eat at hibachi all over Texas and he’s one of the best. Get his scallops. So good! The manager, Ryan was also very nice as well! Love this place!

If you haven't been to Otani in a min, this is your alert/reminder to go. It was so amazing!!! First time in along time nobody was hungry after we ate. Food was awesome! Price was very reasonable Go in and ask for Uncle Sam you won't regret it. We will be back and requesting him ourselves next visit. Sushi was the bomb. Service was the best you can get around. My tea glass was never empty. Can't wait until next time!
